HarWeed Moon is a hidden gem we stumbled upon while wandering through Phuket’s Old Town. We were drawn in by a bold sign that read “Stairway to 420 Heaven”—a statement that we were eager to test. As soon as we pulled open the large glass door, we were greeted by a black staircase illuminated all the way to the top, and halfway up, the unmistakable scent confirmed we were heading in the right direction.

Location & Atmosphere
The industrial warehouse vibe hits you as soon as you step inside. The decor is a mix of exposed brick walls and a tin metal roof, giving it a raw, urban edge. HarWeed Moon is housed in a long, narrow building, and from the second-floor platform, it’s all open-plan, with comfortable sofas and tables spread out for lounging. The front side of the building is made entirely of glass, giving you a clear view of the street below and the activity in the dispensary.

Product Selection & Quality
Unlike most other dispensaries, HarWeed Moon doesn’t put its flower on display. Instead, they use a chalkboard menu featuring over 35 strains, all priced at 550฿ per gram with it progressively getting cheaper   . Once you’ve picked a strain, your budtender presents it on a golden plate and places it under a fully lit, dinner-plate-sized magnifying glass for inspection. This unique presentation really lets you appreciate the quality of the bud before you commit to buying.

Service & Expertise
Although the staff’s English isn’t perfect, the service was top-notch. They were attentive and clearly proud of their product, taking their time to guide us through the available strains and recommend options based on our preferences. We had a great chat with our budtender, who seemed to know their stuff and took pride in explaining the qualities of each strain. Their passion for cannabis shone through, and while the language barrier was there, it didn’t stop us from feeling well taken care of.

Lounge & Extras
The mezzanine level, where we settled in, offers the best of both worlds—views of the bustling street outside and a chill spot to enjoy your purchase. There’s even an indoor-outdoor area at the back of the dispensary with a large motorized retractable window, providing fresh air while still keeping the relaxed, laid-back vibe intact.

And as for the coffee? It wasn’t just decent—it was the best coffee we had in any dispensary in the area. It was a pleasant surprise to find such high-quality coffee paired with the cannabis offerings, making HarWeed Moon a standout spot for both.
